1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases and bookings made through musikosterlen.se. By purchasing concert tickets or booking music lessons through our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Concert Ticket Sales

2.1 Ticket Purchase

All ticket sales are binding upon completion of payment
Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis
You will receive confirmation via email within 24 hours of purchase
The confirmation email serves as your ticket unless otherwise stated
No separate physical or electronic tickets will be issued unless specifically indicated for the event
You may show your confirmation email on your mobile device or print it – printing is not required

2.2 Pricing

All prices are displayed in SEK and include VAT (moms) where applicable
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors
Additional fees (if any) will be clearly displayed before checkout

2.3 Age Restrictions

Some concerts may have age restrictions, which will be clearly stated
Valid ID may be required at the venue
Persons under 13 must be accompanied by an adult

2.4 Cancellation and Refunds (Concert Tickets)

If a concert is cancelled, you will receive a full refund
If a concert is postponed, your ticket remains valid for the new date
Tickets are generally non-refundable unless the concert is cancelled
Refunds will be processed within 14 days to the original payment method

2.5 Resale of Tickets

Tickets may not be resold for commercial purposes or at a higher price than the original purchase price without our written consent
We reserve the right to cancel tickets obtained through unauthorized resale channels

2.6 Entry and Conduct

Entry can be gained by presenting your confirmation email or by providing the full name under which the booking was made
Confirmation emails can be shown on your mobile device – printing is not required
Valid ID may be required when entering with a name-based booking or when age restrictions apply
We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove persons behaving inappropriately
Photography, video, or audio recording may be prohibited at certain events

3. Music Lessons

3.1 Booking and Payment

Music lessons must be booked in advance through our website, by phone, or by email
Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed
Lesson packages may be available at discounted rates

3.2 Lesson Duration and Scheduling

Lessons are available in 45-minute, 60-minute, or 90-minute sessions
Lessons are scheduled by mutual agreement between student and teacher
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate scheduling preferences

3.3 Cancellation Policy (Music Lessons)

By Student:

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson
Cancellations with proper notice may be rescheduled without penalty
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the lesson fee
In case of illness or emergency, contact us as soon as possible to discuss options

By Teacher/Company:

If we must cancel a lesson, you will be offered a full refund or rescheduling
We will provide as much notice as possible for any cancellations

3.4 Lesson Packages

Lesson packages must be used within 6 months of purchase
Unused lessons in a package are non-refundable after the validity period
Packages are non-transferable unless otherwise agreed

3.5 Student Responsibilities

Students should arrive on time and prepared for lessons
Students are responsible for bringing their own instruments (unless otherwise arranged)
Students under 18 should have parental consent

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

We accept credit cards, debit cards, and Swish
All payments are processed securely through Mollie

4.2 Payment Security

We do not store complete credit card information
All transactions are encrypted and secure

5. Right of Withdrawal (Ångerrätt)

According to Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (Distans- och hemförsäljningslagen):

Concert tickets for events on specific dates are exempt from the right of withdrawal
Music lesson services, once performed, cannot be withdrawn from
For other services, you have 14 days to withdraw from your purchase

6. Privacy and Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with GDPR and Swedish data protection laws
Your data will only be used for order fulfillment and communication

7. Limitation of Liability

We are liable for direct damages caused by negligence or intent
We are not liable for indirect damages including lost profits or consequential losses
Our liability for concert tickets is limited to the ticket price paid
We are not responsible for personal property lost or damaged at venues

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or public health emergencies.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated ”Last updated” date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
